What? We'll schedule our days around the tides and share the passion with new friends. Our expert surf coaches will help you catch the best waves, and our open-air yoga sessions with Amy will improve your mobility, technique and balance. Enjoy delicious breakfasts and dinners together at local hotspots. Both Villa Bodhi and the Palm Beach Inn offer pools and direct beach access. Explore nearby Tamarindo by taking a short walk and inexpensive boat ride. Additional activities include zip lining, horseback riding, ATV tours, and rejuvenating massages. End the day with karaoke and live music at nearby venues, just a 5 minute walk or relax at the Villa or boutique hotel for a more relaxed quiet night. Palm beach offers the perfect balance of entertainment and tranquility.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is requested to reserve your room choice and spot in this retreat. Deposit and Balance Payment can be made through Venmo or by check. In the unlikely event iFlow Yoga is forced to cancel this retreat you will receive a full refund of your deposit and any other payments made.

We recommend purchasing trip insurance for your protection.  There are many companies that offer various types of policy plans.  A simple Google search will bring up insurance carriers to choose from.  For the most protection, purchase a policy with "Cancel For Any Reason" optional benefit.
