Sue Malandra

200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor

Sue’s yoga story began in 1996 practicing in her living room to VHS tapes she found at her local library.  At first yoga was something that complimented her strict person training regiment.  Soon the VHS tapes wore out and Sue ventured out to her local Iyengar studio.  It was there where she truly feel in love with the practice, experiencing a deeper physical experience and mental focus than than what was possible in the gym.  This had a profound effect on Sue as long-distance runner and triathlete.

Sue has completed 4oo hours of yoga teacher tranining, including the iFlow Yoga 200 Hour Program in Ubud, Bali in 2014.  Sue returned to assist Amy with the program in 2015 and 2016. Sue is also an accomplished tri-athlete and personal trainer.  She is a 10-time marathon finisher, Ironman Lake Placid finisher, 7-time Ironman 70.3 finisher,  RRCA Certified Running coach, USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach, and Spinning Level 3 Certified Instructor.

Sue assists the iFlow Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training Program at the Down Dog House in Ramsey, NJ and around the world.

Andrew & Trella Dolgin

500 Hour Certified Yoga Instructors

Andrew walked into his first yoga class a total skeptic, wearing a baseball hat and wondering if guys practiced yoga.  At first attracted to how physically challenging the practice was, then to the precision, depth and vastness of the practice, Andrew has been totally hooked ever since that first class… and he still rocks the baseball hat.

Andrew’s intense dedication to the practice challenges him to learn on and off the mat every day. Andrew received his 280 hour certification from Raji Thron’s Yoga Synthesis training. He has achieved advanced certifications with Schuyler Grant of Kula Yoga Project and multiple additional advanced trainings under Maty Ezraty. Andrew draws upon his early interests in Ashtanga, intrigue in movement of vinyasa, precision and creativity of kula flow, intelligence of Iyengar yoga, and total love of inversions to create a fusion of creative flow while getting upside down with precise integration and alignment.  He is eternally grateful to his teachers Maty Ezraty, Carrie Owerko, and Schuyler Grant.

Trella fell in love with yoga immediately in her first yoga class and continues to fall in love more deeply every day. Yoga has transformed every facet of her life and is helping her find a unified body, heart and mind. Her devotion and passion for the practice seeps through every moment of her class and personal practice. Trella received her 280 hour certification from Raji Thron’s Yoga Synthesis Teacher training.  She completed her 500 hour training with Iyengar teacher Nikki Costello, in addition to multiple advanced trainings under Maty Ezraty.  She loves to creatively blend ashtanga, vinyasa flow and inversions through one seamless practice. Trella is blessed and thankful for her studies with Maty Ezraty and Carrie Owerko.

Trella is also the founder of Yogis Heart, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Yogis Heart’s mission is to provide yearly, unlimited yoga scholarships to individuals between the ages of 15 and 25 who are seeking a consistent yoga practice.  Yogis Heart recognizes the pressures on youth and young adults is greater now than ever before. Trella’s heart for our next generation and her passion for yoga is the driving force behind Yogis Heart. She is supported her husband along with an amazing group of board members and volunteers.  At Yogis Heart, they plan to change the way that our youth manages the stresses of life, one yoga scholarship at a time.
