Yoga Teacher Training with ERYT Teacher Amy Pastore

iFlow Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. Successful graduates of this program can become Yoga Alliance Registered 200 Hour Yoga Teachers.

About the Program

The "i" in iFlow yoga reflects the three principle elements of this practice:

  1. Inspired by the natural flow of life;
  2. Intelligent in alignment and sequencing of the asanas;
  3. Intuitive guidance of the heart.

In this program, practitioners will immerse in Amy's vinyasa-based style of yoga, drawing from her nearly 20 years of personal study and practice.  In this program you will immerse into the complete practice of yoga, on and off the mat.  This is an opportunity to peal back another layer of yourself, whether you are looking for a 10-day retreat to deepen your personal practice or you are ready to immerse in a three-week study to achieve your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.

This program has been offered for over a decade, from Bali to New Jersey, and now it arrives in beautiful Playa Grade, Costa Rica. Costa Rica is the perfect location to immerse in yoga practice with it's natural beauty, Pacific ocean sunsets and "pura vida" way of life.

Come join Amy in what promises to be a life-enhancing experience.

Voices From the Mat

I started the iFlow Yoga teacher training just days after a traumatic life event. I had no idea how healing and transformative this journey would be. Amy creates a loving and supportive environment in which to learn. Their teachings are so thorough...above and beyond the curriculum of any other program that I looked into. Amy has thousands of hours of trainings under her belt, so you don't learn yoga from a single perspective. Rather, you learn a multi-faceted approach. You learn not just the ins and outs of the asana, but how to apply the iFlow Yoga Alignment Elements and truly TEACH the transformative effects of yoga. I will forever feel blessed and grateful that I chose to study under the iFlow yoga program.

The first 5 students to register will have the option to stay at my home, Villa Bodhi, at no additional cost.  This property is adjacent to the Monkey Shala where the asana and other practices will take place.  Villa Bodhi is also where we will meet for indoor class lectures and other study sessions.  The meals are also served at the villa.  At Villa Bodhi you will share a room and a bathroom with another student; each room is double occupancy.

If you are not staying at Villa Bodhi you have many housing options available. From camping for $11 a night at Pirates camp with shared showers and outdoor kitchen for those on a budget to Boutique hotels Villas. Airbnb is a great resource. Make sure you  are booking something within Palm Beach Estates (search "Palm Beach Estates Playa Grande Costa Rica" within Airbnb).  Unless you are renting a car or commuting from nearby.  Anything within Palm Beach Estates (A gated community within Playa Grande) will be a short walking distance to Villa Bodhi and the Monkey Shala. If you need assistance I’m happy to help you find the right place for your budget.

Here’s a few I’d recomend.
