iFlow Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. Successful graduates of this program can become Yoga Alliance Registered 200 Hour Yoga Teachers.
The "i" in iFlow yoga reflects the three principle elements of this practice:
In this program, practitioners will immerse in Amy's vinyasa-based style of yoga, drawing from her nearly 20 years of personal study and practice. In this program you will immerse into the complete practice of yoga, on and off the mat. This is an opportunity to peal back another layer of yourself, whether you are looking for a 10-day retreat to deepen your personal practice or you are ready to immerse in a three-week study to achieve your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
This program has been offered for over a decade, from Bali to New Jersey, and now it arrives in beautiful Playa Grade, Costa Rica. Costa Rica is the perfect location to immerse in yoga practice with it's natural beauty, Pacific ocean sunsets and "pura vida" way of life.
Come join Amy in what promises to be a life-enhancing experience.

I started the iFlow Yoga teacher training just days after a traumatic life event. I had no idea how healing and transformative this journey would be. Amy creates a loving and supportive environment in which to learn. Their teachings are so thorough...above and beyond the curriculum of any other program that I looked into. Amy has thousands of hours of trainings under her belt, so you don't learn yoga from a single perspective. Rather, you learn a multi-faceted approach. You learn not just the ins and outs of the asana, but how to apply the iFlow Yoga Alignment Elements and truly TEACH the transformative effects of yoga. I will forever feel blessed and grateful that I chose to study under the iFlow yoga program.
