iFlow Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School
Amy Pastore and iFlow Yoga presents Offering Bliss Weekend Immersion at The Down Dog House in Ramsey, NJ. This Immersion draws from Amy’s extensive teaching experience, delivered from her desire to pass on the gift of teaching yoga in a genuine and creative way. Open to existing Certified Yoga Instructors at the 200 Hour Level or higher, it is intended as a program to enhance and refine your existing skills.
This Immersion is all about invoking the inner experience through the study of the advanced yoga practices. The great benefits from these practices are too often missed by yoga teachers and practitioners, particularly in the heavy asana focused western world. By first understanding the soulful effect of these practices, we will transform our view of what it means to lead a yoga class. We will study advanced Pranayama techniques, how to focus and sharpen the mind through Dharana (Concentration) techniques and the transformative powers that come from Dyhana (Meditation) practice. Then we'll see how these more subtle practices allow for an even deeper experience with the asana poses. This Immersion defines what it means to truly be a complete yoga teacher and how it is possible to make a more meaningful connection with your students. They will love you for it.
In this Immersion we will also review:
By offering a program that is restricted in class size and presented in a “household” environment, you will have the opportunity to engage in a unique learning experience with Amy, the supporting iFlow Team, and your fellow trainees. This program takes place over 4 weekends of study at The Down Dog House, the home studio of iFlow Yoga:
