Melati Cottages Housing Pricing

Housing TablePricing for Housing is in US Dollars.  Housing rates are group rates which we have negotiated with Melati Cottages in advance of the training. The rates above include Bali’s 15% hotel tax and service fee.  Rates also include breakfast each morning.  If you will be sharing a room with someone else in the training (a Double Room or Family Room choice), you will be paired with someone of the same gender.  We understand the comfort of having a Single Room but we encourage you to consider a shared room.  In our experience this enhances the learning experience and adds to the sense of community building which is a big part of what the iflow Yoga Teacher Training Program is about.

Room choices will be filled on a first come/first serve basis.  Should we sell out of rooms at Melati, we have arranged for alternative housing at a neighboring property which is a 3 minute walk to Melati.  You also have the option of arranging your own housing in Bali and only paying for the teacher training tuition.  We try our best to accomodate your room type selection, however we can’t guaratee a roomate will be available in the same room type for the same period of time.  If no roomate pair is possible, we will place you in the next available room type pairing which in some cases may be a higher priced room.

To make a payment click on the “Make A Payment” button which appears below.  When making the full payment of Tuition plus Housing you will have the opportunity to include notes to us.  In the notes field please specify the yoga program you will be attending (either “200 Hour TT” or “Single Module”) and the room type you are reserving (for example, “Standard Single Room”, “Standard Double Room”, etc).  We appreciate these notes as they help us with bookkeeping records for tracking attendence and room selections.

Ubud, the central home of Balinese arts and crafts, lies in the lush, beautiful central highlands of Bali, approximately 45 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai Airport.  In Ubud you will find many wonderful restaurants, museums, markets, temples, and palace.  Of particular note are the beautiful fabrics and clothing shops.  Bali is well known for its textiles.  At night Ubud will be lively with many tourists and locals gathering for dinner and entertainment.

The village of Penestanan where Melati cottages is located is a short cab ride from downtown Ubud (or a 15 minute walk).  Penestanan is known as the home of the ‘Young Artist’ because of its distinctive painting style influenced by the western painter, Arie Smith.  This small village offers a nice sampling of everything you’ll find in the larger town of Ubud.  In the evenings Penestanan is very quite.
