Module 1: The Essence of the Practice
February 17th – 23rd, 2013
Perfect for anyone including those new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners looking to immerse themselves in a retreat setting for 7 days of yoga. The daily schedule will consist of Pranayama, Meditation, Asana, Alignment (Specifically The Anusara 5 Universal Principles), Yoga Anatomy, and Philosophy. It also can be taken as the initial 50 hours of the 200 hour Teacher Training.
Module 2: Dive Deeper
February 25th – March 3rd, 2013
Can be taken as the next 50 hours of the 200 hour Teacher Training or for anyone looking to immerse themselves deeper in their practice. We will explore the deeper layers of Meditation, Pranayama, Asana, Anusara Principles of Alignment (Specifically
the 7 loops), Intuitive movement, Yoga Anatomy, and Philosophy.
Module 3: Taking the Seat of the Teacher
March 5th – 11th, 2013
For those who have taken the first 2 modules of iflow, or are already teaching and looking to refine their skills. It is also open to students who have completed 100 hours of Anusara Immersion Study. This training is all about teaching. We will cover guiding the breath, sequencing, adjustments, languaging and voice modulation as well as class planning techniques. There will be plenty of time set aside for practice teaching in small supportive groups.
Module 4: Authentic Teaching from the Heart
March 13th – 19th, 2013
Completes iflow Yoga Alliance Approved 200hr Teacher Training. This module may be taken alone if you are already a certified teacher and want to take your teaching to the next level. Learn the art of weaving theme and dharma throughout your class, making your teaching more potent, more meaningful. We will get more creative and dynamic with sequencing and assists. There will be lots of practice teaching opportunity. Teaching ethics and how to market yourself will also be covered. By the end of this week we will be putting it all together, making it our own and offering it back.

Daily Schedule
7am – 8am
Meditation and Pranayama practice (Students will take turns guiding in groups in Modules 3 &4)
8am – 9:15am
Breakfast (included if staying at Melati Resort)
9:15am – 12:15pm
Morning Asana and presentation/discussion
12:30pm – 3pm
Lunch and free time to swim, nap, enjoy a steam or at local spa, receive body work massage, or take a stroll in rice fields. You are welcome to stay at resort for lunch or enjoy the local restaurants.
3pm – 6pm
Afternoon session (In Modules 3 &4 this time will be dedicated to practice teaching in groups.)
Evenings
Evenings are free to enjoy a meal and company of new friends at local restaurants, go for a steam, treat yourself to a massage or simply relax at resort.
*We will have one hour evening session per module. to be announced.

If you are not joining us for Modules 1 & 2 and attending 3 or 4 you must understand and be able to integrate the Anusara 5 Universal principles of Alignment and 7 loops into your practice. You may also purchase the iflow Immersion Manual from 1 & 2 for $25 when you arrive which contains application of the UPA’s and Loops as they apply to iflow.

Pricing for Modules
Each Module is $550 US Currency. If you register for all 4 Modules for complete 200 hour Teacher Training the cost is $2000.

Breakfast is included with Melati accommodations.
Lunch and Dinner
Lunch and dinner are up to you to enjoy the many lovely local restaurants in Ubud. Melati has a restaurant, and Alchemy a delicious Healthy Raw Restaurant is directly across the street. You will also receive a list of recommended cafes and other eatery’s in Ubud when you arrive.
The Resort & Yoga Sala
We will be staying at the beautiful Melati Cottages Melati, meaning jasmine, offers serenity with a Balinese Village life atmosphere. Melati Cottages is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and rice paddies. Melati offers their guests serenity with a Balinese Village life atmosphere. The Yoga Sala is a traditional Balinese open air sala with wood floor platform. The building is gorgeous, spacious and the perfect place to study yoga. The resort restaurant, pool, and beautiful grounds create a serene scene to relax, lounge, or dine during free time.

Ubud, Bali
Ubud, the central home of Balinese arts and crafts, lies in the cool, beautiful central highlands of Bali, approximately 45 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai Airport. The resort is located ust west of the picturesque town center of Ubud. We are within easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants, museums, markets, temples, and palace. Also just east of the artist colony village of Penestanan, known as the home of the ‘Young Artist’, which has a distinctive painting style influenced by the western painter, Arie Smith. This small village offers many artistic opportunities including classes and visits to artist’s shops and studios.
Pricing for Accomodations
Pricing per night US Currency and includes breakfast. Please book through Amy as we get a group rate. Group rates are as follows (note – prices do not include 15% government hotel tax):
- Single Room with 1 double bed for 1 person is $25 per night, for a couple is $30 per night
- Double Room with 1 king bed for 1 person is $30 per night, for a couple is $35 per night
- Double Room with 2 twin beds for 2 people is $40 per night ($20 per person)
- Private Villa for with 1 single and 1 king bed for 1 person is $45 per night, for 2 people is $55 per night (about $28 per person) and for 3 people is $65 per night (about $22 per person); Villas are equipted with living room area, small kitchenette and refridgerator
