The Down Dog House is Amy and iflow’s home studio, located in one of the oldest homesteads in Ramsey. A sanctuary in suburbia where you can take an iflow yoga class in an intimate casual setting, or schedule a private.  Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner your needs will be met with a smile. Classes offered at the Down Dog House are small and non-competitive.  The studio space is fully equipped with everything you need complimentary for an extraordinary yogic experience; mats, blocks, bolsters, straps.  Just bring yourself as you are.

Classes at Down Dog House are $15 check or cash text (551) 497-2644 to reserve your space. All are welcome. No need to knock, just come in and leave your troubles with your shoes…
